Disaster Recovery Planning

Organizations are increasingly dependent on automated systems for critical business dependence.  As this dependence grows, the survival of an organization can be seriously impacted if information systems are not available for an extended period of time.  Our Business Analysts, Project Managers and Senior Technical staff work together with our clients to deliver the following objectives:

• To ensure that critical information systems and support services are recovered in the appropriate time frames.

• To ensure that interim, manual or backup business processes are documented to provide continued operation of the business until information systems have been restored.

• To provide temporary work areas and office facilities at alternate sites for critical staff functions as required.

• To define the roles and responsibilities of various recovery teams who will be responsible for the restoration of services.
